We now offer a select few clients with an ability to tap into the support of an experienced in-house lawyer, without the commitment of hiring a new employee. Our Legal Support Packages (or LSPs as we like to call them) enable business owners to take advantage of the benefits of having in-house lawyers without the risk and long-term commitment that comes with hiring an in-house lawyer.
Tailored to your needs
Our LSPs are completely customisable to suit the needs of the business that we are servicing. We spend time both in your office and working from ours, providing you with the support when you need it, without taking up precious office space when you don’t. If we aren’t in your office when you need us, we’re only ever a phone call or an email away – and we aren’t charging you by the 6 minute interval to deal with your question.
What’s included
In addition to providing our LSP clients with ongoing legal support and advice, we can assist in developing risk management plans (including identifying risks and creating risk management strategies for dealing with them), providing legal and risk training to existing and new staff on various issues, assisting in developing precedent documents for use in your business and reviewing and amending existing policies as well as drafting new ones where they do not yet exist. We can also handle the drafting and negotiation of high volume contracting, such as influencer agreements, sponsorship agreements, amendments to standard trading terms and conditions and confidentiality agreements.
LSP fees
LSP fees are just as customisable as the package inclusions. They are tailored to the needs of the business that we’re servicing and the monthly fees are agreed upfront.
Only for a select few businesses
Due to the nature of LSPs, we only accept a limited number of LSP clients at one time. This ensures that we have the time to fully understand your business and provide you with the level of service that we’re proud to offer.
